We are

Lukos Group SA was founded in Lugano, Switzerland in 2008 as a Holding company for investment initiatives in Real Estate, Energy and Food sectors.

Projects are carefully selected based on various factors, ranging from macroeconomic indicators to detailed due diligence processes.

Our team has a specific know-how that is critical in achieving a positive economic impact.

Our History

2010 - 2016

The company structured and built a 4000 m² production plant. It included a controlled atmosphere storage facility, with a capacity of 3500 tons, and a separate processing area for the production of fruit/vegetable puree, with a processing capacity of 7 ton/hour. 

The project was sold at the end of 2016.

2016 - present

After selling the production facility, Lukos Group SA has been focused on expanding its operations in Food and Energy trading while hedging its cash flow management with Real Estate investments.

This strategy has contributed to steady growth of revenues and profit margins over the last few years.

Completed our initial portfolio investment, establishing a strong foundation for future growth.

2014

Strategic Expansion

Expanded into new sectors and geographic markets, strengthening our operational capabilities and partner network.

2016

First Successful Exit

Achieved our first portfolio exit, delivering strong returns and validating our long-term investment strategy.

2022

Global Expansion Phase

Expanded investment activities across food, energy, and real estate, strengthening international partnerships and long-term regional growth.

2024

Joint Venture with ECC

Established a strategic partnership with ECC, expanding into high-end fit-out, project execution, and integrated real estate solutions.

2025

Almara Development

Launched Almara Resort in Umag, introducing a premium mixed-use development combining residential and hospitality concepts.

2026

Showroom / Development hub

Opened a dedicated showroom and development hub focused on client experience, material selection, and project coordination.
